Fine and simple cuisine. Swiss, regional, urban and creative. We take popular, but also forgotten dishes and relaunch them, always being uncomplicated at the same time. With dishes we are thinking about food we like, actually have known them for a very long time and rediscover here at the Ufer7. However, of course we are including the river Rhine location and offering fresh fish dishes. Our appetiser-factory with nice classics and plates to share run like a common thread through our culinary concept. Hence, in our food offering you can also find dishes for a small appetite.

Sure: our appetiser-factory is offering many possibilities to combine. A substantial 
Swiss sausage and cheese salad with a special «Ufer7»-dressing in summer, our U7 Beef tartare with roasted bread during spring time, as well as our personally designed salad-factory. And the main dishes? «Engels» Fish and Chips with fresh fish of the day «Engels» beer batter and hand cut fries or Chicken Saltimboca with dried grison meat served with a homemade herb sour cream, as well as the Swiss burger in a swiss "Weggli"-bun using a secret recipe. Not to be sneezed at are all the dishes to share. Our Chef Christoph Hartmann is always offering a daily hit on which he will surprise you. We are uncomplicated. Try us!
